Yes, that will fit. Any intake that says it will fit the 2.2 and 2.4 will fit. The 2.0 are they only one's that fit different. And no, it's a GM part and will not void warranty. Just make sure you don't have an SAI hookup, because if you do, then that intake won't fit. The only intake that has the SAI hookup is K&N. Read here about SAI and to tell if you have it.

Circa, I am Also Leasing and in the market for an intake.
I haven't had a chance to talk to the dealer, but do you know if having an Intake is against the lease contract? Let me know!

Shouldn't hurt anything with your lease, especially if it's a GM part. Also, the GM intake doesn't require you to permanently modify anything, so if you keep the stock intake you can always put it back on when you return the car at the end of the lease.

I didn't get the GM intake, but kept the stock airbox for when I decide to sell it. You can put any intake on your car without voiding the warranty though.

I think he was worried about the dealer saying something about having modded the car when he turns it in, that's why I said they probably wouldn't make an issue out of the GM intake. Either way, I'd keep the stock airbox just in case if it's a lease.

Well i definitively plan on replacing the intake with the original air box once the lease is up... its just that during the course of the lease I wonder if they would have a problem with me making a temporary mod.

Feel free to tell me i'm wrong. (and if you like, send me a link where i can buy one - i've been looking at intakes and can only find the K&N that's a direct fit)

I haven't seen an injen yet that actually accommodates for the SAI. Even the GM one doesn't have a tube for it. (only one i've seen is the K&N Typhoon SRI)

yeah, i saw you had said that, but then hunter came out with the "injens for all balts" so i wondered if they had updated their line. doesn't look like they did though.
