Just help the guy. If you have an 06 your going to need the manifold, the o rings, the pcv gasket, brake booster hose and the gasket that goes in between the throttle body and the manifold itself.

Everything you need is in this kit from CED -- including installation instructions:

shifts the powerband upwards. Meaning less power in low RPMs but a good gain at higher RPMs. IMO us 2.2s need all the low end power we can get......

People that have installed the 06-07 2.4 manifold and have dynoed to check the difference show an increase in HP/TQ from idle to about 3500RPM and from about 4500-6500RPM (as much as 19 HP above 6000RPM over the stock manifold). The HP/TQ drops a little between 3500-4500RPM without a tune due to the way GM has the fuel enrichment set up.

That part I did not know. So with a tune, the low end loss can be fixed?

Yes. The 2.4s also have this lean fuel setup below 4000RPM. On a 2.2 you do not feel any loss when starting from a stop but you do feel it at part throttle at low speed. The real difference is in the top end where the engine obviously breathes better with the 2.4 manifold. You actually get more wheel spin with the 2.4L manifold off the line too...but to reset the learn values after installing the 2.4 manifold make sure to do an erase of the ECM through the OBDII port -- disconnecting the battery does not reset the learn values.

I had it on my 06 LS and enjoyed using it...ended up trading my LS in on my 07 SS/NA. If I were to get another LS I would install the 2.4 manifold again.

I painted my 06 LS's 2.4 mani with Krylon silver engine paint and I have my 2.4's mani painted with Krylon red engine paint...only areas that I had a problem with was around the mount bolts -- paint chipped, but this would probably be the same if it was made out of aluminum.

2.4 TB needs some tuning to make it work on the 2.2 -- it is NOT a bolt-on-and-drive mod!

If you are doing the 2.2 tb then you need the adapter plate, adapter plate gasket, intake seals, PCV seal, and brake booster hose

If you get a 2.4 tb you wont need the adapter plate or gasket but you will need a Trifecta Tune

Anyone correct me if I am wrong

Is there anywhere I can buy those parts separately?
