RKSport™ - Functional Ram Air Hood - 2007 Pontiac G5 Spoiler - RKSport RKS-31011000

They gave me a discount. Came to around $515. And not carbon

it depends on a few things, does one of the ram air inlets go over your intake if you make it a short ram?

and that is a clean looking ram air hood

I love my carbon rk hood, resin qualities lacking, but got it color matched to the car, fitment is damn near perfect

And you should get the gmpp short ram intake to get the most benefit, will be a short ram coldair

K&N would be the best choice.

The rk sport hood was designed to mate up with the gmpp

Please PROVE this, GMPP intake came out AFTER the RK Sport hood... K&N is a much better intake than GMPP.

Unless you have an intake to route directly to the cool air path from the air inlet on the hood you aren't going to see any benefit on the intake side of things. It will help get some outside air to help cool the engine slightly, so there is that. Otherwise it is entirely for show.
