Random Timing Drop

I have an 07 2.2 and its randomly dropping timing, first at wide open throdle then any time, it never does it at idle. im sitting at the dealler right now, they have already swapped the ECM and cleanned the mass air flow sensor and it still does it, ive checked everything, ive drove with the crank sensor unplugged, still does it, cam sensor unplugged, still does it, knock and 02 sensor unplugged, still does it anyone seen this before, or know anything else that can pull timing there seems to be no misfire assosated with this because the data logg shows the 02 sensors are reading what they should be reading. At wide open throttle it at around 5 grand in thrid it the timing will go from 24 or so and drop to 12. Anyone ever seen this before

anyone come on i need help guys
