Get a big hammer and wack it on the face between the lugs. Give it a few good shoots and it will "pop" then you can work it off.

You just have to muscle them off. The rubber plugs in the back are for the adjuster. Or at least the top one is. If there is a bottom one I don't know what that one is for. You don't need to adjust it before you take it off. If your wheels roll freely then your brake is not applied. If it does not roll freely, then you probably have something broke in there.

i have allready tried hitting arround the drum and the arround the lugs, i have had something wedged between the backing plate and the drum and gave up before the backing plate bent and those damn things still wont come off. i really hate working on drums. much more work the disks haha. so if i start to adjust them off i should be able to just slide them right off no drama right?

Seriously...beat the **** out of it. I use a 48oz deadblow hammer, and a real serious whack gets it done.

It usually only takes one or two real good slugs
