if your exhaust is above a certain decibel level you can get a ticket, a long with any modified exhaust

I have a pair of black tips like that if you'd rather have black than polished. I dunno, if you want a clean look with black tips or make an accent out of the polished ones. Oh and if you think that's loud, you should've heard SLP loudmouth on my camaro. It would hurt your ears if you were within 10 feet of the back of my car and I reved past 4k.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wyFT2rO5ddg and turn your volume up high to get full effect. My parents eventually made me change it bec ause of it's loudness. I dunno how I never got pulled over for it.

its good but dont use it with the pacesetter header,,, i burnt my cat out in like 2 weeks, i actully did it at a meet when sudenlly it smelt like burgers or a BBQ..... i looked under my car today and my at was blue,purple,red... all discolored from overheating and thus it threw a code, their wonderfull cats and it will sound alot better than stock, just dont run em on heavaly modded cars, ill prob be going to a test pipe soon

I could see why its loud, only one muffler and no resonator. Its too bad you can't step on the clutch when u see a cop.

whats this about the Pacesetter burning out your cat though? it hasn't done anything to my stock cat so far...

for some reaosn everyone says a resonator wont help it, i even asked if i could get a quieter performance muffler and they said theyre the same which i think is bs.... anyways idk but a couple seperate exhaust techs saw my cat, its all blue, red, purple.... supossivly it was getting like cherry red.... my o2 sensor did read lean until about a month after the install which is when my car staryd burning funny and smelling like a BBQ so my guess is the cat couldnt take it and is toast

if i get a magnaflow hi-flow cat it wont screw up my magnaflow catback right? would i be able to use the hi-flow cat with stock headers? (until I get performance headers)

I thought the point of getting a resonator was to quiet down the exhaust, eh well...

hmmm that kind of sucks about the cat, I was thinking about getting the magnaflow cat, don't know what else to get now.

i think im going to get a normal magnaflow muffler... the ones with the offset holes, and use this "muffler" as a resonator
