so what you want to do is remove the (blue) nut, let the wastegate arm (red) sit agenst the valve that will show you the spot to tighten it to then install the (blue) nut and tighten it a little past whare the wastegate arm rests against the exhaust valve (you want a little tension on the rod) then adjust the green nut to keep the wastegate control arm (red) in place then tighten both (green and blue) nuts agenst each other to keep them in place, I would also sugest high temp thread locker for this

so a little update ive been having oil and coolant leak issues for the past few weeks finaly got the coolant leak figured out, turns out that the plugs on the turbo (the side that faces the engine) were not tight and coolant was trickaling out and making a mess. fixed that but im still leaking or beter yet spewing oil from somewere. Looks like its coming from the engine where I drilled for the oil return but when I look at where the oil is sprayed its on the back of the engine cradle and on the oil pan. the oil feed and oil pressure spots are dry and free from oil so im pretty sure its not those and there is a random bolt hole on the back of the engine directly below the oil return hole that leaks oil when not pluged, so I decided im going to take the oil pan off and all the cooling lines and take a beter assesment of wtf is going on

AEM tru boost controler $250 on ebay
so I got the oil pan off and the oil return tube off and looks like the drilling did open up a 2mm diameter hole into the screw chamber so that explains why oil would leak out of the unused screw hole. Im still not sure whare the oil was spewing from but since I already have the oil pan off im going to be making a few anjustments to all the oil lines

ok so I still could not figure out how I could be spraying oil from the return tube so I started feeling around the back of the engine and found something interesting, so the area on the engine around the oil ports were dry and free from oil but feeling around I found that the coolant tube that goes across the back of the engine had oil on it directly in front of the oil pressure gauge fitting. So I think the oil leak is from the AN line that connects to the fitting on that oil port. I’m thinking I didn’t tighten it enough, this would cause the oil to spew everywhere when I go WOT and the Oil pressure goes high. so the plan right now is to move the oil pressure gauge system to one of the 3 oil ports in the front of the engine that were previously blocked by the 2.2s nasty plastic manifold. Then I will reinstall the rest of the equipment and see if everything works it’s self out

did a foil test today wraped a bunch of stuff in foil to pin point the oil leak went for a drive and what do you know oil is not sprayed everywere yay so then I go and start removing oil from every were and the only place that is showing to leak oil is the stupid oil drain tube right where is conects to the block FML and WTF so I think its time to move to plan B get rid of the stock LNF oil drain tube, tap the already existing hole, redo the drain tube in an line and be done with it
