Just a warning, if you tune to the edge with 100 degree temps outside, and it drops 20 degrees without an adjustment your going to be spiking higher boost numbers. When we tuned when it was warm in march (85) to 14.5 (edge of my 2 bar tune) when it dropped to 65-70 I was boosting over 17 psi easy. Just a friendly warning for when temps start to drop at end of summer

my car doesn't like humidity more then it doesnt like the temps though.. 70 and humidity it feels like it wants to go but it's *******.. 90+ and humidity it feels like it's just dumping fuel.. which.. my widband confirms lol it runs close to a full point richer then it should lol still 11 or so but for running e85 it's definitely rich ( and i know thats not actual afr.. i just leave my wideband on afr instead of switching it to lambda so i can actually see whats going on at a glance) lol
the other day I took like 100+ lbs out of my car and the temp was around 75-80 with little humidity .. i felt like my car gained 100 whp lol it scared the **** out of me when I hit the gas to pull on the highway

took the car out for a drive tonight for the first time in a while, ive had a brused tail bone for the last week and that makes any kind of sitting painfull as hell, any way it was only 90 degrees out tonight so the car was pretty happy is was spooling to 11psi by 2k RPM the thing is a monster and I have no problem spinning the tires through 3rd. I did have to regap the spark plugs to .032 and I replaced the upper charge pipe with 2" because the 2.5" was tearing into the hood a bit. the new intercooler seems to be working nicley and I added royal purple ice to the coolant system to help keep the temps down, saw instant results it now runs about 12* cooler than it did over all im just waiting on the updated tune file still havent heard back since I sent in the data logs so we will see

glad you got it running good, i love my lnf setup, ive had it since march 2011 and been running 15psi. Gotta replace the clutch but its been doing great. Only difference is i have it on a sunfire with a 2.2 l61.
And running it off the gm reflash for the supercharger kit.
nothing blow yet, crosses fingers*
intresting enough im getting ready to put the same kinda intake manifold on it. different brand though. So im intrested to see how it does for ya.
heres a pic of mine

ive had the saab manifold and wasnt too impressed back in 2005 when i had the saab 9-3 setup, then went m62 blower for a couple years and then last year we had a lnf core at work so i bought it and swapped everything(bolt-on) over, its alot better than the saab 9-3 setup w/ the tdo4. its quick spooling and feels awesome, but will sure roast the tires lol
but i got a killer deal on a sheet metal intake so im gonna run that.
once you have it tuned good you will be happy, i still have alot of tunning to do, but it will be so worth it.
