reworked exhaust

i am going to go with a 2.0L header (better flow).... wondering if the cobalt SS Sedan cat back would work...

it will work fine... just make sure you don't have one of the 06 models with the fuel injection on the header, because it won't work...

Hi Cobalt sedan.

The 2.0 motor and the 2.2/2.4 motors are very similar, so most of the header's out there, althought not guaranteed, should fit with not too much difficulty.

Also, all the cat-back exhausts are the same fitment-wise so basically you can use any ct-back you want, regardless of which cobalt it is advertised for.

Um, wouldn't a fuel injector on the header cause a fire hazard not to mention the car would never pass emissions due to the dumping of raw fuel into the exhaust.

i have an 05.. so look for an 05 2.0 headar?

lol i think he meant air injection, and no if you have an 05 you dont have to worry about it, you can get any header.
