Rough Idle????
well i did a quick search and came up empty handed.... so here i am. i have a 2.2 with a injen CAI, C-A manifold, down-pipe, and high-flow cat into a 2.5 catback exhaust. recently the idle is ****. a month or 2 ago they swapped out my injectors and this is when i started to notice it. and now its got worst. i work at a dealership but havnt had time to pull it in and check her out and if someone knows the answer why look . so anyways i checked the plugs and set there gaps... which were almost perfect. also i check to see if maybe they ripped a injector O-ring while installing the new injectors. and nothing. checked the intake and intake manifolds for any type of vacuum leak and didnt find anything then i reprogramed the pcm for the update witch had a idle flair correction and a fuel level update.. . now thats the things i have done. now what it does is, coming to a stop after cruising 40mph. come to the light. clutch in and in nuetral come to a compete stop and as im sitting there the car will start to shake.. lightly. and rough'r here and there. then about 10 sec of shitty idle the engine changes tones and the idle levels out and is fine few more sec. back to shitty again. start to drive come to a stop again Same thing.. any one else have this? its getting annoying and worst by the days.....

I have an auto, and when there is no load on the tranny (netrual) the car will shake then stop, shake then stop at idle. Has done it ever since I got it. I figured that the engine is just on the edge of being balanced at that specific rpm. My previous car (99 F150) shook bad when the engine ran at 1000 to 1200 rpm. Otherwise, it was great. It was probably just made that way.
You could try disconnecting the battery for 15 mins to reset the comp.

i wouldnt mind if it did it when i got it... or even after my parts i put on... but since they swapped the injectors its ****.. it isnt normal and im not gonna be happy till it is, they is no reason it should have started to do this. but i was reading i had a p0171 and there is a bulliten about a p0171 p0172 p0173 ect and a rough idle and they saying dirty injuctors due to low fuel grade.... but they just swapped the injectors about 7,000 miles ago.?"
