Exclamation Running Lean...help

okay. so earlier, my car was bogging a little bit n *******. so i parked at a gas station with a bunch of my buddies n popped the hood. first thing i checked was my MAF sensor. it wasn't really dirty, but i cleaned it anyways. then i checked the spark plugs just to be sure. n wow...i'm running severely lean. my plugs are pretty white. no detonation yet, but i'm still worried. is there anyway for me to get some sort compensation for fuel? one of my buddies whos a diesel tech who has a tiburon said that when he put his intake on he needed to buy this plug that goes into the obd-2 scanner and it trims out the fuel. do they make such a thing for the cobalt? he said they make it for a bunch of cars, but i couldn't find anything on it. any other thoughts? besides throwing the stock box on?

Take off your "custom short ram intake" and take it in for warrenty work. On a side note I have a GMPP intake for sale for $100 + shipping if your interested.

I've got the P0171 code quite frequently. Right now I'm not going to worry about it. Perhaps a Trifecta tune would straighten your problem out.

i had a fuel trim lean code pop up for me after i did all my engine mods and everything. It wasnt too lean it was +1 above zero on my PC scantool but it was enough to throw the code, so far the 60# injectors and the trifecta tune cleared all that up

yeah, my buddy has an obd-2 scanner, but it wouldn't turn on when we tried scanning it last week. idk, it's weird.

n ya the trifecta will deff help, however, i don't wanna spend 275+s/h for one thing, then buy all my other mods n then hafta tune again, ya know?

well someone told me that white on the spark plugs is moisture, not lean.

where could moisture be coming in from?
