Saab turbo questions

Ok guys ive been searching for like an hour. I was wondering what year saabs use the turbo manifold that would fit on our cars. Also wondering if the intake manifold would fit as well.

"Question: Can I use the 2003+ 2.0 Saab Turbo manifold on my 2.2/2.0/2.4?

Yes. Same bolt pattern."

Read this..I also think some of the LNF stuff both stock and aftermarket will fit the LSJ.

A 03+ 2.0 Turbo stuff is what you need. I had everything to do this on my cavy but I scratched it because that turbo is just so damn small. It's great because at 2200 you'll full spool but after around 5500 the turbo just drops off, now if you were going to run it and then add some n2o up top then it would be worth it. Here's a couple of pictures, I've got tons more if you want them...

Yeah, it fits all of our engines. It's a lot better than our stock pos plastic one and handles more power.

the intake mani's are plastic, the turbo manifold is the "exhaust manifold" so wouldnt all of ours be steel?

No, not really unless you plan on using the Saab turbo with it. The saab uses a 3 bolt flange that you would be hard pressed to find for any other turbo other than the garrett/mitsu turbos that saabs uses. You can see it in my third pictured I posted. 99% of aftermarket turbo's use a 4 bolt flange. You could always make an adapter like Perfect.disguise did on his (the first picture) but me personally I wouldn't be confortable running a setup like that.

I'm not quite sure I fully understand what you're asking but the saab exhaust manifold is made from cast iron, just like your stock 2.2 one. Their intake manifold is made from aluminum where yours is plastic.

no no no i understand the exhaust manifold is cast iron (i said steel because i assumed it was a metal of some kind)

i saw people saying "its better then our cheap plastic pos" well i assumed they were talking about the exhaust manifold...which would obviously never be plastic.
