SAI reflash
I decided not to post this in the sticky, hopefully it can get more attention down here...
Anywho, just got back from a local dealership, where we tried to eliminate my cali. emissions (Secondary Air Injection). I'm wondering if any of the cars that have been reflashed using GM Tech II were 2008? We were unable to follow the directions posted in the sticky about changing the RPO codes, because we weren't able to connect the tech 2 remotely (All gm vehicles 08 and up must now be connected directly) So I wasn't able to reach the area where I can change the RPO code/tire size following these directions.
I was hoping somebody could help me find where I can change the RPO code for emissions. Also, the sticky says to change from NT4 to NT7, But my cars RPO for cali. emissions is NT6.
So does that mean that the breakthrough fix only works on 07 and prev. cobalts?
Any help would be greatly appreciated...

08's are pass through programming only, which means its all live, it doesnt ask for RPOs because it knows what car its hooked to. I havent specifically tried this yet in any form on my car, but as far as i can tell youd need to get someone to update the cal in the GM database, which means you need a friend at GM Techline....... GM doesnt issue VCI codes for reprograming and changing cals anymore either, its all live direct to the database file changes, you(GM Tech) have to call Techline and they give you the yay or nay on authorised cal file updates.
