I don't get what's going on here, is it missing, or bogging, or what? This is just a suggestion, but maybe you should put your stock injectors back in, and try to fire it up, DON'T run it like that for long, but that will atleast tell you if the problem is fuel related. Is your check engine light flashing? Did you try different plugs? Maybe check your fuel pressure with a guage, that may clue you in on injector problems. How bout putting the stock tune back in it, then try to fire it up to see if it's tune related, again, i wouldn't run it long like that unless you have a wideband. Maybe you have a bad turbo. What is your vacuum reading while idling? Sorry, i'm just brainstorming for you, good luck!!!

if he is tuned it shouldnt matter, he needs to do some logs and send it to vince, let vince figure wtf is going on, not enough air, too much air, idle map not done right etc

I Got the Plug out!
i have to settle with the one closest to the drivers side though.
the one on the passanger side no way it was coming out, the vice grips just spun time after time, and the one in the middle the hose wouldnt get to it..

I've got all day tomorrow to work on it, or today rather, so expect it running tomorrow night for sure.

I haven't had a lot of time to mess with it, been really busy this week with family, gf, etc.

hey you ever find out whats wrong with your car ? i finally got mine back together and tunned and it wont run it starts for a few seconds and shuts off what exactly is yours doing

god dammit wth is going on with you guys car, big dave pull the injectors out, start the car, tur it off ASAP, go check if the injectors made a mess in the engine bay :p check your vacuum lines, will it idle normal? or is it s nasty speratic idle

Is there a chance this could be the tune causeing this? Bigdave, did you use the trifecta tune? Sentry did you get yours running or not?

it only idles between 1-2 k for a few seconds and then shuts off by it self ... im in the process of doing a compression test .

sentry was having an issue because the injectors were too short so it wasn't getting into the engine fully . His intake manifold was a mess with fuel..

Big dave what size injectors are you running? you might have the same issue

you might have the same problem he does then.. also you injector pulse with might be too short.. that I doubt more since ( i'm assuming your tuning with vince) he's tuned cars with 60's before

i may try to start the car with the stock injectors and see if it atleast runs . yea vince is workin with it .. but it starts runs for a few seconds if you hold the rpms steady around 2-3 k then shuts off

Dude, I got the EXACT same problem. I got an LSJ fuel rail for the 42s and I'm getting fuel pressure and everything, and it runs GOOD for like 1 second and then brrrr. It shuts itself off. I even had a mechanic look at it, everything is good except it keeps shutting itself off.

Think it could be in the tune? I'll email vince.

you guys might wanna get with vince, its weird its shutting itself off like that, is it throwing any codes? u guys are making second guess going turbo hahaha, i may go supercharged its not too late for me lol
