Building off of this:

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure it's recommended to be about 18" from TB from the guys that have been there. I'll go do some digging to confirm...

and yes you do have the issue on the sc ones.. it has NOTHING to do with the 3" maf lol

and the other part is the distance to the TB.. which.. sc balts use a premade intake so their's not a chance of that part being an issue

Car runs great with his tune. It's HELLA rich! Smoke out the ass, but it runs ok.

Vince should be able to lean it out. Btw, to let the cat out the bag, maf was in backwards.

Glad you figured it out, lol.... It could have happened to anyone, IF IT DID NOT HAVE AN ARROW ON IT!!!! lol... JK, **** happens, atleast vince knows what it looks like on a data log so he can laugh at the next person that does it!!! I do have one question, what was the loud clank noise you heard when you went to start it yesterday? The fuel pump?

Not sure man, it kind of went away. It happened when I turned the lights on too. It was something electrical, every time something came on that required some juice it was just louder than usual. I've never heard of that, it was really weird but it did go away.

Tuning will continue tomorrow.

Had an oil leak yesterday on the return line. Nothing big, just another thing to look at today.

Hard to get vids when I got a big oil leak and no camera. I'll get vids soon enough.

Had to go to lowes to get some stainless hose, the way I had my return lines wasn't cutting it, it was backing up and oil was getting burned up and that's what caused all the smoke. Once I redo it, it should be all good.
