odd? you're telling me. at first i was gonna go ballistic cause i thought it was fuel until reality struck and i remember the gap was over .040 and that's when it hit me. i regapped them went for a spin and it pulled harder and hit 5psi with no problems after that.

Yeah, it SHOULDN'T be a spark issue, but ****, IDK why it would be blowing out with such a cool plug in it. What plug are you running? You're positive they aren't fouled?

so i gapped em and it seems to have worked. tried to pull like a freight train but i got out of it quick. it leaned out to 15 as i rolled into about 3/4s throttle but continued to pull without the "burping". i'm new to boost but im almost postive that this is not bad. correct me if i'm wrong. i'd be deathly concerned if the car tried that at full throttle.

It shouldn't lean out at boost, regardless. If you leaned into it slow enough to stay mostly out of boost, then that should be ok. Otherwise, it should be running sub 13's afr at any substantial boost, especially on a fresh build.
Its good that gapping the lugs fixed it. You might need to go even one step cooler when you up the boost more.

I'm running more power than you on 39's and I beat up on my car all the time, so It sounds to me like it could be a tuning issue... Did you have Vince tune you for 10 PSI? I have my plugs gapped at .033 and have 2 steps colder.
