Spark plugs?

I need one or 2 stage colder plugs
i went shopping around today for them, no one seems to know of them
can anyone give me the part number of the NGK one and 2 step colder plugs?
and if a supporting vender sees this and carries them, can you PM me a price in CND Dollars and shipping to B4E thanks.

please no smart ass comments, if you dont know dont post.

BKR7E is the one step colder plug most use and recommend

I called Napa autopart store and I asked for the NGKs for my car and they had them in stock

so if i called Napa and was like do you have BKR7E they will say yes or no but we can get them?
is that number for the NGK ones?

the 1 step is the bkr7e and the 2 step is the bkr8e...both ngk

i got the bkr7e at autozone for a lil over 10 bucks

napa sells the bkr7e's alot cheeper than most auto part stores in my area.. ask them see what they have to say if you have one in your area. i think i payed a little over $6 for 4

i always order from sparkplugs.com good prices and fast shipping. i've always had my orders from them shipped either same day, or at worst the next day.

These aren't the plugs that can screw up the coils on an 06 L61 are they???

no the ones your thinking of are the dual tripple and quad not the single
