no, there was another shop that was going to do the install for 800 but they were not certified STS installers, would have voided the turbo warrenty if it brakes

It's probably going to be a bit laggy and if he dropped compression low end power will definitely suffer. But once it does spool car should be pretty fast.
As for pressure drop, 10' of 2.5" or 3" piping in some cases would have less pressure drop dependin on the Cubic ft volume of the intercooler.

well pretty much anything is lol
its not a big intercooler, its 20 inches by 12 inches

no wasn't saying that, you need less of an intercooler and with the piping, it won't be that horrible a pressire drop, but hopefully they did a 2.5" to the IC, and 3" out

check back a few pages and you will see that bill hahn jr posted in here and hooked me up with one for 10 bucks. I paid to have it over nighted. I want this thing on the road friday and im not going to leave that fate in the hands of Vulcanturbos inability to maintain stock supplies.

yeah i read the post ecoboost made...thats how i learned about them selling the part...so looks like vulcan is taking long with its fitting, once more, makes me wonder how long it will take them to make the manifold, i knwo i talked to the guy who makes the ebay turbo manifolds, and he said he could throw a td05 flange on the manifold, just it wont have 45* angle the vulcan one has, so idk if it'll work out

why is it so hard to ship something..........grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....... hahn racecrafts workers in the stock room shipped my oil fitting out VIA ground when i specificaly orderd it over night....... this makes it 0 for 2 on the compatents abilities between the 2 companies...... hahn racecraft is shipping out another one today overnight and will be here tomorrow, unless that lady is incopatent as well.......... seriously makes me glad that im in the navy, incompatents gets you sent to captains mast which is a punishment that resaults in a demotion which means a pay cut and really bad cases loose half mounths pay for 2 months..........

i wont be able to get over it because in my experiances in life 9 times out of 10 someone makes a "mistake". there is not one day where i cant go to a food place and they get my order wrong. **** even when millennium built my motor they left things off of it such as 2 missing valve cover bolts, grounding strap not being re connected, and loosing the power wire that goes from the alternator to the battery post/terminal so it re-charges the battery. Oh and vulcan turbo miss shipped the part AGAIN to dtp, they sent it VIA ground supposidly by accident today.... i really hope that hahn can get it here tomorrow

i soo steaming hot right now i just want to jump on my bike to ride it to redline in 6th gear and blow up the motor, yeah im that pissed off. pretty much if some one cut me off right now i wouldnt slow down speed up or move over, id let them hit me

Honestly, we all go through it. It took me a month in a half to get my full turbo shipped to me...they sent me the turbo without a turbine housing...so I call them up and say wtf? They are like oh sorry we will ship you it. So wahtever....2 weeks pass....i call up, yo wtf? HAHA they say they said they were going to overnight it to me...I was like woah, but what was the problem in the first place? They say oh we never technically sihpped it out.....WOW...ok so I get it, i'm all excited....WRONG...it's the wrong exhaust flange...has the 4 bolt instead of a 5 bolt that I ordered. They say ship it back to us and we will ship you a new one...time took to ship it back to the company a week and a half...I'm still waiting for my 5 bolt turbine housing haha but it should be here in a week in a half or so.....so don't worry man, there are others in the same boat as you

I mean, if this didn't happen to me...I would've been turbo'd like a month ago but sh*t happens
