Hey now, my car should be on the road too but its not, why? Because im still waiting on my clutch from Centerforce. I ordered it DIRECTLY from a dealer and centerforce hasnt even started making the kits yet. I guess they just got released and they're still assembling the first batches. So stop crying dude, im not.. Its been 1.5months now that i've been waiting on the clutch. **** happens, roll with it.
Cant wait to see the results though. Good luck.

For sure. Its their equivalent to the Stage 3+ from SPEC, but a little more pricey.(good for over 350tq) The reason i picked it is because they arent having problems like the SPEC's are.

well the base tune sucks my left nut big time. he has the PE set way to early. i press the pedal to 25% throtle and it already bottoms out the the AFR to well bellow 10.0:1 and the car falls on its face because its so heavly rich but once the turbo hits boost its fine the but the afr still holds at 10.0:1, the system is set up at 5lb's and i was making 4.22-4.68psi according to the boost gauge and spiked it to 5.08psi a few times. I called up vince and gave him the feed back and numbers i data logged on my lap top and he is going to make some adjustments tonight and ill have them tomorrow. I blew out the header/dp flange gasket again. DTP had their dyno booked for the day so i wont be going on the dyno till tuesday since monday is a holiday. We were on an 8th mile track and at least it was a bit faster then it was before. My stock 1/8th mile was 10.667 and i ran a 10.102 on my slowest pass and a 10.008 on my fastest pass.

he also set the PE to kick in early to keep it from blowing up the motor but i dont even get to 2k rpms when it goes pig rich and it doesnt even start to hit boost till 3800rpms

I just dont get why it goes pig rich when im driving it like an old man at 25% throtle, it doest fall on its face though until i try to get on it. I dont know anything about tuning except fuel ratio's but im going to go with my gut feeling it has something to do with the PE

well basically you need it in the 3500 range with the 60-1 maybe a little higher in your case, also map value should be upwards of 115 kpa
dunno about yours but the 2.0 looks like this
Map value - 115
map hyst -5
delay rpm - 3500
and zero out the 2 bottom tables, then go from there.
seems to work pretty much perfectly on my car

theres a table that corrilates TPS to PE
have him set its trigger value to 90%+ that way you can drive around outta boost and not go stupid rich.
also, rich afr's will lag the turbo out more.
2nd thing, with you not haveing a multi-bar MAP sensor you cant use that as a trigger, however set the delay rpm to at least the mid 3k range.
that turbo is not comeing up before then.
once you get things in the rite direction, keep delaying PE until it hits just before the turbo come in so you wont rich-lag the turbo.
and tell whom ever is tuning the car PLEASE do not try to anti lag the car with week ass timeing pre-boost. with our fixed cam head its vary ineffichent.
run ass loads of timeing outta boost to get the cylinder pressures as high as you can so it'll make as much power and torque outta boost as possible.

tis true...
I do hope the car does succeed.... actuall building another 3 turbo vehicles this summer and 2 will be running a custom sts type setup.
2008 silverado hd w/6.0 gas V8, 1970 buick skylark with a 462 BB, and a 65 Impala with a build 540BBC. we're hoping to get the 2 older vehicles in the 1200+hp range, and the truck @550

that stuff didnt make much sense to me but if i had tuning software to look at im sure it would fall into place, lol.... thanks for the help guys, i'm sending the info to Vince right now, he is already starting a revised tune for me to load up... im on duty on the ship today so i wont be able to test it out till tomorrow
another thing, with my collector flange gasket blown out, i cant get the car to boost past 5psi after i turned up the boost on the boost controller. is there something that im missing, do i have to do anything to the blow off valve to increase the boost?

we got an escalade on 24's with a redone 4L80E and a re-done LS9.
if the gasket's gone then your not going to get the needed amount of exhasut gas to the turbo, thus your boost issue.
and no, you dont need to touch the BOV to change boost.
