Stage 1 or stage 2

just wondering after iam done doing the boltons and hopefully a mani swap whats gonna be th ediff between stage 1 and stage 2 cams after searching it seems that stage 1 is safer but stage 2 is more power is this true and can i run stag etwo on just absic bolt ons? thank you

Go with stage 2, and you should be fine with bolt ons you'll just need a tune.

I would replace the valve springs with stage 2. A minimum of .060” between the coils needs to be maintained.
