If you have access to tuning i'm sure you can pulley down and add larger injectors and tune accordingly. I don't know if there is a GM kit for it, though. Is it an M62 blower?

i believe so its the factory gm kit for that car. I figured it might be the same but i dunno if the reflash or injectors on the stage 2 kit will work

It should work for you but you'll need to upgrade your injectors using a piggyback type setup and you can probably get it tuned with HP Tuners or by using a rising rate fuel pressure regulator. I've helped turbo a couple of ecotec cavi's.

No, you can not use the stage 2 tune on your cavalier. GM never made that available for the J platform because they don't suggest you downsizing your pulley as we don't have forged engines. All the stage 2 parts will fit just fine though. I do know people that have run 3.0 pulley/smaller belt/zzp tensioner/FPR/38lb injectors/MSD inline on the reflash tune and it ran perfect. If you have the reflash you CAN NOT tune your car further because nobody has been able to crack the eco reflash.

there is no point.
the tune is useless to you, so your buying an overpriced pully and injectors with a useless tune, that you will not get warranty for. which is basically the whole point of S2, a factory warrantied kit with a tune.
