stock air to fuel ratio

hey guys I installed my wide band gauge and noticed something today. I sit about 14-15afr at idle and when i rev up it only really goes down to 13 unless i really floor it and i can get it into the mid 12's occasionally. I was under the impression our cars should sit between 11-13 afr. Has anyone else had this situation when installing their a/f ratio gauge? i plan on supercharging my 2.2 in the next 2 weeks. I have all the parts collected/shipping in this week. I would like to make sure nothing is wrong before installing, i have a new tune and a new maf sensor for the install, but could a dirty tb or anything cause the car to run this lean? I just wanna make sure im ok b4 i do the swap to save myself from detonation of the engine or other problems when i supercharge.

1. Factory afr for any vehicle is about 14.7:1
2. Don't do anything else to your car. anyone willing to over-rev their is bound to do something else that's worse.

ok so then it is normal, it sits right about 14.7 under idle, and then goes to about 12.5-13 at wot, i am not over reving the engine i mean its at that at about 6k rpms. The engine will be supercharged in 2 weeks should i expect it to go to about 12 a/f? I am haveing vince tune it at trifecta

since youre na right now thats why you have a leaner afr then the lsj's do. When you go boosted i would reccomend a 11.8 afr at max.

What year model is your car? If 07 up. I would recommend finding an experience tuner with HPT.

youll have to retune the car all over again to achieve the desired afrs. If your going with trifecta than vince will do what he does
