? im not dropping pully sizes. i couldnt get the freaking pully off when i painted my SC so i jsut taped around it and sprayed. turned out hella nice. and im not going to port it either. if anything i will be getting one of those venom coolers when they become available for the m62.

well i drove my car alot today and when i parked it in the garage i have a very small amount of coolant on the ground. tried to find where it was coming from but couldnt and i checked the filler and its still full? ill have to check it out tomor while car is running

It could be from the filler neck. I know when my car sits in the sun my coolany level is almost at the top of the neck and ive had the bleeder let coolant out before... When i first hooked my coolant lines up my dual pass hose was leaking but after i got that fixed everything was good

Its from the middle dual pass again i got it to stop leaking replaced the hose and everything and its doin it again iv tightened it down as much as i could i guess ill put another clamp on it lol see wat happens

Those hose clamps can be such a pain. With all the T's, 90's and connections in my system I think I counted like 28 hose clamps for the intercooler system 
most of which are half impossible to get to

i have the K&N typhoon and it fits like ASS... it was a BITCH to get in and the filter presses against the plastic thing on the bottom of the car.... i mean it BEARLY fits.... would be better if the tubing was about 2-3 inches shorter... i think im going to look into a new intake or trading someone for a different one.

My ZZP intake is a 2 piece and it fits ok, except that the coupler that connects the two pieces and goes between the coolant tank and radiator support is crushed in slightly.
