i no your suppost to loosing the bolt on the tensioner to get the belt on but im unsure what to loosin exactly any help?

ok if your using the stock tensioner there is a small square slot in it which you can plug a 3/8 breaker bar which will allow you to pull the tensioner away from the belt loosening the tension

any one got tips on taking out the two cores to install dual pass i dont want to break them but i twist and pulled and i cant get it to budge

I tapped my lightly on the sidewalk and they just fell out. You could also use a small pick to try and pull them out.

put a towel under while you tap it. so if they fall out you dont damage them.

Yes, use a towel under it. They won't break without one but the ends or the cores or the manifold will scratch.

ok got them out but one went in just fine but the other sticks out for some reason it wont go all the way in

Make sure all the gaskets and o-rings are in the right place on all 4 cores

that was the issue gasket and ring got stuck inside it so i had to get a knife and fish it out lol then it went in fine.

thats how it came from zzp the guy said lol so im not sure. but it works. the boost nipple had been welded shut or broke off i guess and so thats why they used this fitting so you can use it as boost reading and map sensor.

yeah. i still have the boost nipple on mine. and im just gonna put the 2.2 map sensor in that spot since i wont be reading IAT2's but i gotta figure out how to plug the hole in the top of the sc

That's weird man, I'd be worried about the boost pressure blowing the hose off of the gold fitting.
