See, I would've done something similar except I don't have the sensor bracket to hold it down, so I would really have to get it plugged :'(

Why not just scuff it really good then put some QuickSteel on it, like plugging the silencer holes? Im just tossing that out there as I'm still looking for a way to plug my top hole as well too. But as Azriel said, it may just be easier to tap it then put in a bolt with some plumbers tape to make sure its sealed really well.

I would really hate to have that quick steel breaking off and going in the s/c or engine, that would suck at that point lol

Well I know alot of people use it when plugging the silencer holes and not having any issues with it breaking loose. Im gonna probably attempt that press fit axle cap thing and see how that works cause Im a cheap ass and dont want to have to buy a tap. Haha

I just used a rubber stopper, cost me .23 cents, and a M6 bolt (.67 cents), then took a little piece of flat iron and make a real small bracket. Rounded the corners on it and made it look appealing. Real simple just cut to length and drill 2 holes, one for the M6 bolt and the other for a pin or screw of some sort to secure the stopper.

Tap the hole and put a bolt in with some plumbers tape. Easiest thing to do along with being a better option than something that just pops down in that hole

I was thinking about doing this on mine, I feel like having a sensor there hooked up to nothing would look retarded. do you happen to know what size tap you used?
