If your running a manual transmission you will need to think about a flywheel and clutch. The automatic is fine.
You need to change injectors, intake manifold, move the windshield washer tank, a new intake, alternator bracket, new tensioner, new serpentine belt, new spark plugs, mount and run wires for the heat exchanger pump, mount the heat exchanger, change MAF sensor and a few other loose odds and ends. You will NEED to get a tune before the car will run as well.
With the right tools, all the parts, and some mechanical knowledge Its a 1 day job, really. The first one I did took 3 days because the customers car was "special". But I have another supercharger install lined up for the spring in my shop, and its a 10-12 hour job, max.
Biggest thing is make sure you have all the parts AND ALL THE HARDWARE before you start. Cobalts are metric, and finding some of the metric bolts for the alternator and alternator bracket suck....
