Are you looking to spray meth or nitrous? Otherwise a TB spacer is just a waste of money.

Not if you're going to a larger t/b with larger butterfly. A spacer is wholly necessary to get the ls4 t/b to work with the 2.0 s/c inlet. As for spacers for the 2.2 I don't know, maybe nate from smoothflow could fabricate one for you or you can ask rebel or c/a if their spacers fit the 2.0. Again...a spacer is useless unless you are going for a bigger t/b or spraying nos or meth.

I've done a K&N cai,(2006 LT)and thought that the spacer would help as well....not looking at doin nos or meth as of yet...though a bigger t/b would be a good idea...... Nate from smoothflow? who and where is that? lol

There is no reason for a spacer unless you are running nitrous. Don't listen to the above comments above smothflow. That doesn't pertain to 2.2L

You will be fine without a spacer.

Go to a metal yard and buy some 1/4" or 1/2 inch thick 6" X 6" aluminum plate and fabricate one yourself with threaded passageways for your nitrous and fuel.

check the black seal around the nuts that go on there and i think there is a rubber gasket on the light backing. If those seals are all good you might try taking the light apart and re-sealing them

Throttle body spacers will give you actually a good increase in airflow. If you have ever seen the AIRAID spacers they have grooves cut into the spacer to make the air swirl resulting in sucking more air. I used to have one on my 03 dodge ram truck. It worked excellent. However they dont make one for the 2.2 throttle body yet.
