the gmpp exaust is said to give a 2.2 12hp, but how much more des everyone think the gmpp intake and gmpp honed headers would add? wat do you trhink the total hp would be starting with 145hp?

full exhaust on a All motor car would give u around 8-15hp..intakes dont really give out HP,it only makes ur brain tell u that the sound its givin out,does give out hp,but it actually doesnt

No one can give you a accurate answer...
Do it and see what your results are.
Yes...you can gain power from intake upgrades.
Power gains are due to the amount of air restriction there is in the first place. Saying that in general is misleading. Also has to do with the air intake velocity of the air being drawn in but we'll assume that we're talking about an otherwise stock vehicle.

One thing people always do that is funny is look at dynos for just the MAX output.
They need to look at the entire RPM band and the gains made across it.
The GM Performance intake is only 2 hp gained, but it is a steady gain over the entire RPM band, so it should make for more responsive acceleration overall. The gain is probably ok for it being applied fronm beginning to end. But I do think this upgrade alone is anemic for the price.
I would have to make a ram air unit to get fresh air to the cone filter. That hood scoop will ruin your day if it rains hard.
