i dont believe so yet...i think he has worked with turbos on them...i do knw he tuned a 2.4 turbo from scratch...so it is possible and he knows how to do that...but it is def more time consuming then a stock tune...

yup, hers is BONE stock performance wise...and mine is not so stock :P
just so you know, hers is tuned right now as stock and it did increase her gas milage from around 30 to around 36 per gallon..i drive hers alot and we have been watching this.
Contact Vince and let him know that you would like this tested and that you spoke with me and then him and i can get together sometime

My point...if it's going to be a daily driver you want faster, the turbo cobalt...not the base 2.2L one.
SRT-4, not the base neon, etc.
My parents told me long ago when I got my first and second cars and on and on...I was doing what most young kids do...rims, paint, performance, stereo systems, etc., "Don't waste any of your money on your cars"..."You're spending all that money and your going to have nothing to show for it (value of vehicle as it ages, etc).
Long story short, if I would have just listened to my parents instead of trying to be cool and get attention, I'd be $50-75K richer today, thinking back on all the $$ I wasted on cars over the years.
Thats why I finally wised up, got rid of my second S2000 and settled on this base cobalt LS. Cheap payments, cheap insurance, excellent warranty and when it's paid for, I'll save even more $$.
To each their own though
Unless you are well off, cars in general should be cheap/paid for, reliable and economical.
