Trifecta or Pcmforless

On the Trifecta website they have a link for this website called pcmforless. Not to sure on what they do to the cobalt's, but if anyone has done any bussiness with them let me know what they exactly do and for how much? Who can give you the most horsepower, and which one would you prefer?
Thanks Guys
