Someone on this site recently got it and is pushing them hard. I'll try to find who he is so you can ask him directly. He seems to love it, especially for the price.
Here you go man. Sounds clips and everything. The OP on the thread is the one you should talk to.

If you want the exhaust, but don't want the muffler, it's not really worth it. All exhausts are piping with muffler. If you swap the muffler out, it's going to be a completely different sound.

Not a Sebring
If you don't want a "fart can", then don't get the Tsudo. There's plenty of non "fart can" cat-backs for Cobalts, like Magnaflow, Corsa, GMPP, Stainless Works, Pacesetter, etc etc. Don't get an exhaust just b/c its cheap, get it b/c its actually something you want. But yeah, Tsudo makes pretty decent stuff. My friend had a Tsudo cat-back on his Civic for years and it held up, and that PhantomTib guy on here has a Tsudo on his boosted Tiburon V6, so they can't be too bad.

I have the tsudo on my tib.. it sounds great. Extremely loud and a little raspy but that's because of the headers with no cat, but the exhaust itself does have a good sound. On the tib the tips don't even stick out past the bumper

bump want to know if anyone knows about the volume of this exhaust. I often have to be in a suburbia neighborhood very late at night, will I be annoying the neighbors?

Yes and no... Great fitment, great look, great sound... NOT STAINLESS like it advertises, only stainless is canister and resignator.
