this is a tune issue?
Well I. Thought I had a spark issue and why I'm getting my random misfire code. But last night my buddy that's a gm tech came over with his fancy 4 grand scan tool thing. And plugged it up. He was able to get more codes then I could emagine. I have a random misfire p0300, a p0171,p2119. There were more but that's all I wrote ddown I know one is a thermostat code.another is a lean code. He said the car is staying in open loop and won't close and with his computer he couldn't even force it to close. He said that could be because of the thermostat not letting the car get up to temp or get to temp fast enough^taking too long and that could be the issue (I have noticed doing 15 min of city driving on cold 45 degree night my car only gets up to about 145 to 150)but he also said only cyl 2 and 3 are miss firing pretty bad. And that its on start up and idel. I'm not getting enough fuel so then the car starts dumping fuel in there to compensate and even it out and then its too rich. This is alll fixed when giving it gas for the most part the problems go aay but not totally. He said my long term fuel trim isis veryyyyy rich. Can someone pleasse help as I need to get my echeck in a week and the car will fail how it is right now. I contaacted my local tuner to get ahold of vince but like always that guy is more busy then the president of the usa I guess because he never gets back to you after he has your money. Thanks chris

Well the my local guy with a cable isn't honest with me or something because when I got my first tune it always took forever. And I only got 1 data log and retune because of how long it was taking. I waited 3 or 4 days to find out how much a retune is just so I can run meth. And that's just a price. Any ways that doesn't really help answer what's wrong. I didn't come to vince bash. And no trifecta is the only one who supports my car.

trifecta gets a bad name cuz of this..
every person i have done through trifecta i SCHEDULE a time for the car to be tuned so that way vince gets back to me within 5 mins
but yes email him yourself explain you situation and see what happens

Ok will do... new issue tho. Don't knwo if I should make a new thread. Having thermostat issues before the car wouldn't heat up past 170 so I get a new thermostat put it in. Now the car is getting up to 250!!!!!!!! Could the new thermostat be broke or not right? It was a tad longer then the stock one I took out
