turbo kits??

I want more power out of this 2.2l.

has anybody tried/trusted the ebay turbo kits? Im not quite ready to dish out the $3600 for a garret kit, but by the time i get the ecu, injectors, header, tuning for the ebay kit, i may spend just as much as the notable garret setup.

a cheaper route may be to find a stock ss SC setup.

has anybody built a respectable n/a engine with higher compression pistons, cams, and the common 2.4 intake swap/ header and full exhaust? My friend has pistons made by diamond for AMCs so i could see about some custom pistons.

I dont want a sick fast 250 hp cobalt that cant hook up, just want to make it more of a blast to drive. Just wondering if its worth all the work tearing down the engine for internal work or just save up and do a bolt on turbo setup.

i know all this info is around here but i dont have a lot of time to search around all the threads.

Start readin boy! You may not need to utilize trifecta for tuning because you have an 08.. I dunno cuz I don't care about 08s as I have an 06

He's moved on to...somewhere else but nwae has a NA build on this forum that you can follow
