i know of a shop that will make you a set of axels for automatics. They just need your originals or ones form a junk yard sent to them. I think they said it was like 750 or 800. something like that.

there is also a shop back in michigan that rebuilds automatics for race prep. I.E. billet trany. they said the automatics they rebuild will handle 1,000 ft/lbs at the gear box no problem. ($1,800 and includes pulling and replacing your trany)
And i know of another shop that will make you a custom trq converter and stall converter if you want to get serious about it..
