Urgent: Need Help All Css.net
my stock harness and injectors from my cobalt ls 2006 2.2L is different than the harness that the cobalt ss supercharged has that i got.
on top of that, the actual injector prongs(?), the 2 metal things that connect, on the injector are the same BUT i have an issue because they wont fit in the stock harness i have.
1) is there anyone who knows about the wireing harness that can help me out and i may be able to soder them? PICTURES or DIRECTIONS if any at all
2) is there anyone that knows if i rip apart the plastic and make room for the stage 2 injectors to fit if it will actually work?

Cut the old one off and put the new one on... if you look at each of the injector plugs there will be one wire that is the same color on all (can't recall color offhand), that is the ground. Just cut the old plugs off and solder the new ones on...

i'm about to run out for the night, thus i'll give the solution here so when james comes back to it, he'll see it.
a fuel injector is nothing more then a electromagnetic coil. "coil" for short.
a coil has no positive, it has no negative(ground per say) it simply works off a completed circuit. its a on or off piece, nothing more.
thus, you can eaither snag up a LSJ harness with the proper evo6 plugs, or wire things up on your own.
solider them if you must do you own wiring.
pay no attention to what color goes where as it doesn't matter.
just make sure you get two wires per injector, per circuit and you'll be peachy.

going to splice and soder the wires accordingly.
the thing about the 2.2 harness vs the 2.0 harness is that we have an intake manifold sensor that is included on the harness vs the 2.0 doesnt have it.
i'll post up pics of it later when i get everything i need done, done.
