I'll begin my install possible saturday night. Going to need to have everything done except the TB and wiring for it come sunday night if i'm going to have this running monday night. Only problem i'm facing is getting the air out of the cooling system for both the engine and intercooler and wiring the TB before I go to bed since I work early Tuesday. We shall see.

Ok, well more sad news of delay. I had to help my grandmother move yesterday and today which isn't a bad thing but with work the cobalt is pushed back. Can't complain tho, this way I can make sure monday i recieve the right parts and I can finish painting the supercharger and Redoing the valve cover.

TB is in and connector so I'm good on parts. Think I'm starting tomorrow after work and slowly do it each night, finishing Thursday or Friday. Got a spare vehicle to use so no rush needed. Let u know tomorrow!

Ok so zzp supercharger kit doesn't have a any tank for coolant for the intercooler/heat exchanger. Question is how to I fill and monitor this. It has a dual pass endplate, s3 exchanger, and pump. Do I just run the top and bottom nipple from the intercooler together to the pump to the top of the exchanger. Then the bottom of pump to middle nipple of intercooler? How do I fill?

ok everything is installed but when i turn on the key my info says engine power reduced, engine disabled. Trying to figure it out, hoping it isn't the TB wiring. I followed this.

fuel pump isn't even turning on...i checked the codes it is throwing and two of them are about the throttle position so i'm assuming something isn't right there...taking a look. any ideas?

Check the fuel pump relay and fuse.Maybe the TB wiring is wrong and causing the ECU to not command the pump on?

I know it's not the same but when I did my turbo install I wired the intercooler pump to the fuse panel and it was drawing too much voltage from the throttle body to get it to close to the idle position when you start it. I had three codes that were about the throttle position

i'd check the wiring on the tb. i got that dic warning on my turbo build. but i did forget to plug the harness in, either way sounds like you have some sorta short.

and welcome to the tuner world where the builds are always "epic" and the bullshit never ends.....lol.

go back to the beck diagram and get a voltage checker to make sure you're getting the porper voltage. in your wiring.

that other diagram is apparently not for the cobalt.
