ok that threws the TB idle speed code for the engine...and puts in reduced power...so yellow and brown are not the cause. Next step is the TB potition signal which is Green and Purple.

ok, switching Purple and Green caused it to threw engine disabled so that can't be the problem. Switched them back and deleted codes and started up and back to before. Idle stays where it should but WAY to much fuel. I can smell it...

ganna leave it like it is and call vince at noon(est) and see what he says. This way i have it wired throws no codes and it starts up nice. He said the TB was wired wrong but really i've tried just about EVERYTHING with this wiring.

my buddy's stock auto g5 spanked the cruz 1.4L. imo that's a straight lose unless you're thinking of trading in for a corolla in which case by all means ditch your boosted cobalt for a cruze.

try to find that leak first. any tuning/datalogging done with a vac leak is gonna ultimately throw off all your numbers.

hard to find the leak (if there is one) when the engine isn't holding idle very well

lol, thanks. Me and vince are working on the tune. What happened was the tune wasn't being accepted for some reason. A few tunes and updates later we are idling smooth(to rich still) but the black smoke and fuel small is almost gone. PLus i'm finally seeing 11-1 at idle...closer!

It runs and drives, vince said the 60# can't run much more lean at idle due to the lack of fuel demand and them being so big. He is ganna turn them down just a hair more to help it out. Part throttle is running good, half throttle is alittle to lean, WOT is still to rich but not by much. Haven't really been able to see much boost due to data logging and being safe but DAMM, BOOST IS FUN!!!
