Will using the GT Tuner lock my VIN. Will I be able to use the GT Tuner and then if I get serious and learn how to tune, Use LS2 edit in the future. I have a 07

you should be fine, and if ur planning on going LS2edit later anyways, save ur money and dont waste it on the trifecta tune.
