Only drove 5k miles, havent even drove it this year. but im still on a base tune for the most part. I just hate having him tune it, i want to tune it myself.

It runs and pulls ok, I just know its dumping a bunch of fuel.

I thought HP tunes did work on 05-06 and they just released the beta for 07 and up but I could be wrong... I am still having stalling issues but I don't wanna blame the tune. I think I may have a bad ground or a pinched wire somewhere. im getting codes for the injector control circuit on all 4 injectors

Yeah I've got a good tuner down here, just hard to meet up with conflicting schedules. We're gonna try to meet up on Friday. So I hope he is able to figure it out.

hey what have you done to your car? cuz my car use to stall all the time with 60's and stage two n/a cams and 98lb dual valve springs. but what vince did for me was make the idle a bit higher around 1100 so it wouldn't die. but once it warms up it idles around 900.

well that is the only way for me to at least get it to idle right cuz if i drop it that low. it stalls or shuts off at every stop.

That's weird as hell. I bet something was overlooked because that's just weird. Maybe an intake leak or something?

Im built too and used to stall alot when coming to a stop before tune dialed in and switch to recirculated BOV. Now it idles pretty damn good, sometimes a tad rich when stop, then comes up slowly. I idle around 800-900, hunts slightly sometimes. But it is my DD and is commuted everyday 30 miles each way in heavy traffic with no probs.

I have stage 2 cams and my car idles just fine and even lopes. But I can kill it from a stop very easily with my clutch. It has never died on me though when ive came to a stop.

Hey man I've been almost arguing with Vince about this... He doesn't believe me and told me to get another tuner to tune me which I'm pissed about but whatever...
Any way you can log what's happening to you and send it to Vince? I'm trying to find out if their is any kind of irregularities between us. conerboner should do the same because I'm pretty sure he was having this issue too.

vince found out the ECM is pulling timing. something to do with a set torque limit in the autos. he's working on a tune now.

after my last post here I made a new log and sent it to vince. we may find a solution yet. he reported to me that he has fixed this problem on an auto before and is confident he can do it on mine.

Pulley down and get some some true potential out of that thing. Otherwise you will never be able to pulley down and will have to stick with that small amount of boost. I have the 8.9 to 1 in mine... Vince will help you make the right decision with this too.
for the record i resent this statement. i'm loving my built 10.1 on boost.
