ugh i knew it was a stupid wire! I had a friend come over and look at it he has an ss/tc and we messed with it for a little bit and i started it and we jiggled wires around until we found out what was making it stall. it ended up being in the fuse box I didn't tighten it down enough when I did the motor build. It's funny it took this long to have problems but at least I found it! I no longer have any check engine lights and can now roast the tires all the way through third gear lol. I need to adjust my coilovers a little higher tho my right front tire ate the freakin fender liner haha. Still don't know if my fuel is supposed to go to zero with the key on but it seems to be running fine
Im glad you got it fixed man.

Man that's crazy Glad you found it finally.
I'm working my 75-80 hours a week trying to buy a winter beater so I can tear into mine to build the motor before slapping everything together... Not quite to the fun part yet.

the connector towards the front of the car. had the cooling fan 1 relay and some ecm stuff in there. Made sense cuz I had the cooling fan 1 control circuit code. I didn't think to look there cuz it wasn't giving me problems until I switched to e85 and everyone was blaming the ethanol including me.

Hey guys i have a question. I installed a turbo kit on my 2.2l like 3 months ago car is running good until 3 days ago my coolant temp doesn't show on the DIC and just now I was looking for a spot to park and I kinda stepped on it (50% throttle) and my car just died on me and it didn't turn on for like 5 minutes. Do u think the coolant sensor might have anything to do with the car dying? Also since the coolant temp doesnt show, my fan is always turns on now even if the motor is cold.

I had this happen once, i had an extra sensor and it still didnt fix it. Unplugged that battery for a while and then it was fine. The car isnt gonna want to idle or start for that matter. mine did the same thing. Wasnt a thermostat.

lol my thermostat died under warranty so i went in to have it warrantied and the manager said he wasnt going to do it because i installed a aftermarket thermostat... I was like really?!? He ended up doing it after I told him I would give him a shitty review of his dealership. haha

Any turbo L61's still having that misfire issue?
I can't figure this thing out for the life of me.
Ideas from anyone or if anyone has had experience with this in how to fix it.

I raced a gutted fox body mustang the other day with a 357 stroker fully built and I would have had him if i didnt misfire at 6000 rpm lol. i would start pulling on him and then bam it was just sputtering. My injectors are fully seated i'm sure of it. I think i'm gonna try one step colder plugs instead of 2 step colder since i'm running e85. I think the misfire is mostly in the tune tho...

i went to the track two weeks ago, ran 14.7@110 and 14.7@114.7 on bald street tires and still on the stock bottom end. No misfiring here, guess im one of the lucky ones.
