Hey guys I have a question. I know my car is running like **** cause the new tune, I recently fixed a exhaust leak. I took a vid from my phone so the quality is ****. My car is only on 4psi so my question is it safe to drive the car if my Air flow ratio is this bad?

look while cruising its where it supposed to be but when you start letting off the gas its going super rich.Just listen for knock or sputter. If its knocking(detonating) I wouldn't drive it but I couldn't tell from the vid.running that rich usually wont hurt anything other than fouling out the plugs but just listen to it and you should be able to tell.

if i let off going down a hill and leave it in gear it goes over to the lean side and the numbers don't show... but if i put it in neutral it stays at 14.7 I have never heard any knock but i don't have an interceptor to confirm this...

If your leaving it in gear and going down hill your most likely going into fuel cut off thats why it goes so lean...As taylor tells me hahah and for taking it out of gear id just imagine cause it thinks its driving idk

its the difference of the engine rpm being forced higher when in gear as opposed to when its in neutral its commanding 14.7:1 afr. When it goes super lean for a momnet when letting off the gas is usually normal and it'll correct itself.

Im gonna have a local tuner do it.He Tuned his own twincharged LSJ and is in process of tuning Tundra's E85 turbo 2.2.My cruising and WOT AFR's are great,it;s just Vince cant get me a smooth idle.Tundra had the same problem and as soon as he went HPT,smooth idle.Im just tired of the back and forth games and having to wait so long to get my car to idle right.Other than the Idle problem the TF tune was great.

That's how mine is before this last tune update my car was running great except the idle kinda rough but if I get tuned I'm guessing it'll be by BYT. I bought the tuning school so I could start learning how to tune my own car and also L61,LAP, and LE5

and the hpt vs. tft thing is why I could care less about having any more issues with tuning my 06. just not worth it to have the back and forth and feel like i'm getting no where that i want to be. i'll save the turbo fun for a different turbo'd car.
