Idk total price haha try not to think about it all. I went with stock bore and 8.9:1 compression. The only valve train work i'm doing is the valve springs.

is the walbro 255 a direct replacement?

ya i am ready to build more boost. this 10-11 psi is way too boring

If I am building I am building all at once. go big or go home haha

I will ask him I know he said I can use his garage bc of the lift. so I assume I will be buying lots of beer/food lol

I'm guessing no one really seen my build thread. The walbro is a universal pump but the zzp and ottp fuel pump rewire is suppose to help when your boosting more than 15psi.

so u can run stock pump and just use the zzp rewire to help with boost?

ya bc kxrida has a lift and he has already built his 2.2. I am tired of cralling on the floor haha. lift=heaven

Hmm I might have to contact him then for this. When do you think you are gonna start your build? I should have all my parts by mid april. And then do the build around may.

So the walbro isn't necessary? just the rewire would be enough? and should i go with the ottp return style fuel system or zzp's boost reference pressure system? I already have 80s and I have access to e85 up here in the midwest!

If he's going to run e85 he'll need them. You could always run smaller but thats pointless since most injector manufacturers say not to run an injector over 80 to 85% duty cycle.

I would run a return style fuel system and a larger a feed line to the rail if I wa swapping to e.

I would look into the part numbers of the Cobalt fuel pump and see if there is a difference between the pumps, since it been proven that the pumps flow significantly wll from the factory.

The difference between Powell bushings w lnf arms is amazing. I went through 3 sets of stock ones before switching over. Lsj arms are just as good if you do it. Derilin bushings require regular maintenance fyi

OTTP said I would have to send my fuel rail in for them to make a return style fuel system work for the 2.2. Would zzp's boost reference fuel pressure system be adequate for e-85? And should I get a better fuel pump or just the rewire kit and call it a day?

Well I plan on dropping the motor and tranny today. I'll try to get some pics but all i have is my phone. I hope to get it out of the car and take the valve cover and head off and start taking the pistons and rods out. Still gotta get the stupid circlips in the pistons to hold the piston pin on the new ones.

Sleeves are purely optional for someone who is not running a ton of power. I've been around the L61s since 2003, never seen anyone have sleeve issues.
