timing is easy just takes a while cranking it by hand until the marks all line up again. seriously i was at it for about 15 mins slowing turning the crank over.

Sweet. How much should I expect to pay to get the new valve springs put in, crank balanced and flywheel resurfaced?

Use the lk9 manifold from saab 9-3, bolts up perfect with motor and 2.4 tb. You just need to open things up a little. Its cast metal and can find for under $100 used

So I might as well just buy a new one but do I get the one with high output or without high output? and does the 2.2 throttle body bolt up or will the hole on the manifold need to be opened up?

2.2 and 2.4 tbs have the same bolt pattern so it should be the same if the 2.4 bolted up for bragdon

Pretty sure there was no difference between the LK9 HO and LO intake manifolds or exhuast manifolds. The main difference was the turbocharger and tune. everything else was the same.

u can just stick with ur mani if its a 2.4...you will not pop it most likely. I ran 25 psi from my 256et through mine and it held just fine and i doubt u will be running 25 psi so i wouldnt buy the lk9 mani unless u have the money to spend

You could always buy a lsj intake mani and the zzp block off plate. Then might as well run a LSJ TB.
