wanna build my 2.2 up for more boost!

Dude I would just fork over the extra money for a real intake. I wouldn't trust a plastic intake mani. Why have a fully built motor and then go the cheap route for the intake mani?

exactly, i'm running the 1bar spring setup which for dumbasses like me means 14.5psi. as for that top port it needs to vent like stated. if you were to run a boost controller you would attach the boost controller to that top vent. essentially the boost controller would not allow the wg to vent thus rasing the boost pressure.
i don't care for boost controllers unless they are manual and in my case i cannot control my tune on the fly so i decided to avoid buying a $100 dollar mbc when the springs ran me $20 w/shipping.

I'll have to look at it when i go to my shop but i'm not going anywhere right now we're in a blizzard.
By looking at my pictures i have the one going from my bov to the bottom port and the upper part going to the boost controller. So there is 2 on top that can be vented or go to the boost controller or does it HAVE to be the top one?

your bov and wastegate need to each have there own seperate boost source lines. that would mean your bov is sourced to the intake manifold and the wg would be sourced to the intake manifold as well.
i have a t-fitting on my boost gauge line splitting off to the wg so i can see when the gate is opening. my bov line is split to my zzp brfpr out of necessity.
