If you had a car with an LS2 I could see getting those kinds of numbers with headers. For an n/a 2.2 you won't get anything even close. More like 7-8hp.

thats what i was thinking too. the website says those numbers i was just checking. that was off a ion red line too so that probly boosted em up a tad. but i wouldent think that a 2.2l could gain that many ponies off of better flow.

any one know the "best" gain header?

Not sure. I dynoed after I was fully bolted. Its a very nice header though. Quite frankly, you probably won't see major power differences between the brands. You really just need to figure out where you want your power band and how much you are willing to spend.

That is to the wheels though. FWD cars have about a 15% drivetrain loss. This means that my car was making about 165hp to the crank, a 20 hp increase over stock.

A stock car should see somewhere between 120-125 hp to the wheels.

There are quite a few variables.

Some of the track factors: Temperature, humidity, elevation, track prep

Driver Factors: 60' time, speed of shifting, point in the powerband you upshift, driver weight

I know my car has alot more in it, I just can't drive right yet. IMO if a stock car could pull a 16.00 the driver probably drove it near perfect. A more realistic time would be a mid 16 second pass.

23 Hp is on a SS/SC
Header on a 2.2 is going to get you 7-10 HP depending on your other mods.
Vibrant Header/Dp Combo looks like a quality piece but costs a few bucks.
