What Exhaust Should I get?
Hey, I'm lookin for a good exhuats but I don't know what one.
I don't want to spend a boatload of money, pref. less than 500 or 600 dollars. I'm not interested in getting a full system, but I want more than just a 10 dollar exhaust tip like most of the idiots around here out on. I'm not lookin for that loud fart can sound, something louder than stock but that gives a good performance game and a nice, deep tone. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

GMPP FTW
GREAT sounding exhaust and you cant beat the price.
Oh and crateenginedepot.com has freaking amazing shipping times. I got my GMPP honed exhaust manifold 2 days after it was shipped. Very impressed.

P.S.
For OVERLY agressive sound, I KNOW that if you order it straight from your nearest Chevy dealer, they will even tune the exhaust for you. You can either get Touring (a LITTLE more aggressive than stock), or Performance (WAY more aggressive than stock...As in ******* LOUD)!
P.S.S.
Just to let you know, after talking to the dealer (especially if you go to the one where you bought your car), they give you a KILLER price break. My quote for exhaust SYSTEM, tip, manifolds, intake system, and some other random items was only $825.00! I about came! LOL! (Deffinitely go to your actually Chevy dealer, if you order from them and have them install it, you DON'T hurt your warranty!

Hey those of you who got the gmpp exhaust from Crate engine depot, were you able to get it installed by the dealer under warranty...b/c their prices are a lot cheaper....and i know that is the exhaust i want

At least from what my dealer said, unless you actaully buy it from a GM/Chevy dealer, the warranty won't cover it. Why? Because they can't be responsible for the quality and condition of the part like they could from their own factory. Also, Chevy loses money that way. Usually they won't even install the part. That makes it worse, because then your part loses warranty, AND alterations to your car MAY hurt your cars warranty...(When you have someone else tamper with it, it breaks your warranty USUALLY). If you are buying factory parts, go through the factory, and have THEM install it. A LITTLE more expensive, but a better investment!
