so i have a 2.0 pontiac g5 with the ecotech. and a 5 speed manual trans. and i dont know if when you romp on the gas the engiene just flat out wines is normal. it kinda sounds ike it has a super charger. but it still gets up and goes it just wines i was just wandering if that was normal

. I remember having a similar problem a few months ago. I just took the throttle body off and cleaned it. While I was at it I also cleaned my MAF sensor and checked all the gaskets on the intake mani. That got rid of the problem.2.4 mani gets rid of the wheezing. Less restriction. Less torque in the low RPM though.
