Wideband Readings?

Sorry in advance for the nube ?'s Im new to this, ok I just installed a wideband A/F gage in my cobalt, and I was wondering what people are seeing as the norm for our cars because their are times when I let off the gas or am just cruzing and the A/FR jumps to 20 and after a few seconds returns to inbetween 13-16,
Do our car normaly jump to lean?

yes it is. doesn't really do anything except a **** load of popping and backfiring under deceleration and less fuel economy

so it would be beter to just keep it when my car gets tuned, I just want the safest A/F ratios when I go supercharged so I dont have detonation

Yeah, this is completely normal and acceptable. My 2.2 is supercharged and when I let off the throttle the A/F goes extremely lean (20+) and there is no detonation or risk of detonation because it is no longer under boost.
