Suggestion,
I would jet hot that manifold.

Other than that pretty easy to peice together!

Also i would send a little extra cash and get different rods and pistons the 2.2L pistons ring lands are a bit high and dont hold boost very well!

there is more info on the Cobalt book on how to swap it out for boost on the 2.2L.

thats all i got so far, its a PREVIEW jeesh... details? what details? im going to turbo my car thats the details.... as far as tuning goes, i know a few turbo eco cavaliers that havent had any issues, i dont plan on making it a track only car just like 7-8 psi... im more worried about injectors and fuel pressure...i still have a way to go so ill worry about that stuff when it gets closer, i have a friend that is helping me decide a lot of the stuff he already turboed his 2200 cavalier by piecing everything together so he knows quite a bit about everything. ill keep you all updated

yes details, like a parts list maybe, HP goals

shouldn't you have an idea of the parts you are going to be purchasing when piecing together a turbo kit?

what about injectors?

you should probably research the turbo he offers in the kit and consider going with something else, I havent heard too highly of them so far...

i have an idea, but nothing real specific yet... i have all the main things figured out, it will be intercooled, but not sure what brand im going to use yet, BOV will be a bosch used one for the time being since its free....HP goals, i dont really care about, hopefully 210whp but ill worry about that once its all on, im just focused on buying all the parts im going to need right now...all the oil lines, and piping my buddy is going to fab up. im leaving internals stock until its installed....then maybe a turbo cam, also ill need a 2.5 maybe even 3.0 inch exhaust not sure yet, not doing that until its installed ill have the downpipe made with the whole custom exhaust

if youre going to get a turbo kit, i think it would be a much better decision to wait until a "real" company comes out with something. i think youd be a lot happier. and whats the point in boosting 4 psi? waiting until you can get an intercooler and actually afford to upgrade the necessary parts would be smart.

Can't wait to see it Wikky. I thought Halfcent would have his up and running by now, but I guess it is now a race between the two of you. I think Halfcent has more than 210whp in mind though.
