I have a stock cobra heat x-changer for my car
so yes it does fit
and 2nd of all.. the resevoir hooks into the cobra pump and then into the stock pump (heat exchanger)
and yes it does serve a hella good purpose
my intank temps run alot colder by at least 10 to 20 At WOT going 140mph
and engine temps are down 5 degrees.
So i dont loose timing with this.
GM sells a dual pass heatexchanger for like 230bucks. This adds hp and also makes the S/c run Colder.
The colder ur intake temps are at WOT and high speeds.. the less timing that gets pulled from the engine.
So yes IMO. the cobra H-xchanger. does help quite a bit.
BUT, you can not use it like a CAI. if u dont have a S/c, its a waste of ur money and time...
and looks like a person with Turbo badges when they have no turbos
